Cancellation Policy
Booking an appointment with Torbay Massage Physiotherapy and Wellbeing is an agreement that you accept on the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. The full price of the treatment / appointment time is payable if the appointment is cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours notice. For any appointment that is not attended, the client will be contacted and the full cost of the treatment time / appointment is payable. Your understanding is much appreciated.

How to Find The Clinic
The clinic is a separate room within my home which is located on the corner between Preston Down Road and Lower Penns Road.

The entrance is at the beginning of Lower Penns Road and is the first house on the left.
Turn into Lower Penns Road to get to the entrance of the property – a grey house on the corner with black metal gates with 55A on the gate pillar.
Go through the black gates and walk down the drive to reach the front door, next to the plaque that reads ‘The Sanctuary’.
Please do not go through the wooden gate next to the black metal gates as this is next door’s property.
Parking
On-street parking can be found along Lower Penns Road.
