A postnatal assessment (previously called “Mummy MOT”) is a 90 minute fully comprehensive detailed check 6+ weeks after birth covering pelvic floor, posture, core stability, bladder, bowel and sexual function screening, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), strength, C-section / perineal injury (tearing) / episiotomy and scar recovery. There is never a too late to have a postnatal check up.

Do you treat prolapse symptoms?

Yes. We offer 100% medical grade Scarban silicone strips, Bapscar Care liquid silicone, and Alhydran moisturiser to support at-home scar healing.
